Malwarebytes has released the stable version for Anti-Malware 1.65.1. The list of changes remains the same as in the case of the beta, released at the beginning of the month, on October 4.

Being a minor release, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.65.1 brings to the table only repairs, designed to further improve the stability and functionality of the application.

The developer fixed the problem with MBAM service start type and now it is set to “automatic” on all Windows systems. Additionally, the bug that prevented the protection module from starting with the operating system on some machines has been eliminated.

The third issue solved in this release is pretty important, as it tampered with the scan procedure on some systems. The problem consisted in the fact that the scan would complete prematurely and at the moment, it is no longer a cause for concern.
