TeamViewer just rolled out the beta for version 7 of their desktop remote control utility. The new release shows impressive features designed to drastically increase the functionality of the application.
TeamViewer 7 Beta brings to the table faster drag and drop actions, enhanced multi-monitor support, the possibility to save connection settings per computer and built-in screenshot feature. And the list does not stop at this, as it can be used to convert recorded sessions into AVI format.
Features available for the meeting and presentation functionality of the application include scheduling, instant meetings and mobile participation on the road. Should you need to make files available for download during a meeting, TeamViewer 7 Beta offers this possibility through File Box component.
Backward compatibility is included, as this release supports remote control sessions with previous versions (3, 4, 5 and 6). TeamViewer 7 Final is expected to be ready at the beginning of December.
