Google updated the beta channel of their web browser to build 18.0.1025.45, which is available for all supported platforms (Windows, Mac, Linux and Chrome Frame ). It brings to the table a small set of notable fixes, among which the "signed in" state, which was not displayed on the "new tab" page.

Some users experienced an odd behavior on Gmail page, as it would sometimes turn white. An old time bug noticed on Linux and Mac systems that would cause a hang in the application when hitting the “Back” button, has also been dealt with.

Other modifications affecting this revision include the increment of the buffer size in order to eliminate muted playback rate.
