If you’re in the market for a new tablet that can replace your laptop, the Surface Pro 3 is most likely one of your main choices, so a discount released by Microsoft today should really be good news for you.

The Surface Pro 3 equipped with an Intel i5 processor and featuring 256 GB of storage space is now available with a $150 (€110) discount, which brings down the price of the device to as low as $1,149 (€1,000) for a limited time.

Needless to say, this offer is only available in the United States and only through Microsoft’s online store, so if you really want to buy this model at a lower price, this is the best moment to do it.

The Surface Pro 3 is Microsoft’s flagship tablet right now and comes with a 12-inch display, a choice of three processors, namely i3, i5, and i7, and up to 8 GB of RAM, depending on the configuration you choose.

A successor to the Surface Pro 3 is expected to launch in the coming months, but Microsoft is yet to share any details on what could be called the Surface Pro 4. The new tablet, however, will feature the full version of Windows 10, so expect it to see daylight after the new operating system reaches RTM, which, according to sources, should happen in June or July.

Thanks for the tip, Mark88!
