Windows 10 is the very first version of Microsoft’s operating system that’s based more than ever on customer feedback, and to make sure that it receives suggestions on how to improve it, Redmond launched several platforms to get in touch with users.

In addition to the Windows Feedback app, the Windows UserVoice channel also comes in handy when it comes to sending in your suggestions to Microsoft, and as far as the company is concerned, things are going impressively well since the launch in early October.

Windows Insider boss Gabriel Aul said on Twitter that Microsoft was actually considering many of the suggestions that it received from users, and although some appeared to be ignored, they might actually show up in the operating system either in a technical preview build released throughout the year or in the stable build expected in the fall of 2015.

“I think we haven't done a good job of marking things on uservoice. Many suggestions being taken or considered. Will poke on this,” Gabriel Aul said in a statement.

Microsoft revealed in late 2015 that the Windows Insider program experienced quite a terrific success and more than 1.5 million users registered to download the early Windows 10 tidbits and help the company build the new OS.

According to sources, Windows 10 should launch in early fall 2015, while a consumer preview build is expected in the spring of this year.
