PrimeTube, a very popular Windows Phone YouTube client, has landed on Windows 8, thus providing adopters of Microsoft's new OS to watch clips in the Metro UI.

The app comes with an appealing feature package that includes dedicated options to search and watch clips, pin videos, playlists and channels, as well as data usage limit monitoring, and push notifications for the latest subscription videos.

“PrimeTube is the most elegant way to access YouTube from your Windows 8 tablet, desktop, and laptop. This is brought to you by the developers of the acclaimed Windows Phone PrimeTube app,” the app description reads.

Of course, PrimeTube can be used on basically every Windows 8 version on the market, including desktop and tablet flavors.
