Thinix today rolled out a brand new version of RetroUI that’s only aimed at Windows 8.1 users, bringing a number of exclusive features supposed to make the new operating system more familiar for both beginners and experienced users.
The new RetroUI Start Menu app packs new a Start button and Start Menu skins for a more modern look, while dedicated options to access the Start screen and launch charms are there to make it easier to enjoy Windows 8 features.
You can also pin favorite websites and apps to the Start Menu and access power options with just a couple of clicks, just like we all did in Windows 7.
Keep in mind that the new RetroUI version only supports Windows 8.1, with compatibility being offered for both 32- and 64-bit versions.
