14 DAY TRIAL // One of the greatest things about Lumia Denim, which, by the way, some of us are still waiting to get, is that it brings 4K video recording on flagships, including the 6-inch 1520 phablet.
Lumia 1520 was already capable of taking really high-quality photos and videos, but thanks to Denim, everything becomes really outstanding for a mobile phone.
This video created by Njoi Fontes and published by WMPU shows that 4K video recording with a Lumia 1520 is absolutely insane, and not only that quality is significantly improved, but focus and color adjustment both seem to be working much faster after deploying the Denim firmware update.
For starters, Lumia 1520 comes with a 20-megapixel camera with dual LED flash and autofocus. The camera features Carl Zeiss optics, optical image stabilization, 1/2.5'' sensor size, PureView technology, geo-tagging, face detection, panorama, video light, and stereo sound recording.
Lumia Denim was launched a couple of weeks ago but is yet to reach all Lumia phone models out there, as the rollout continues across the globe. Some flagships, including Lumia 930 and 1520, are yet to get Denim in some specific countries, as Microsoft apparently preferred to update the most affordable models and only then switch to high-end phones.
The Denim rollout is expected to complete in January 2015, so everyone should be getting the new firmware version in the next few weeks.
