Windows 10 Technical Preview has recently been released with some new features and visual tweaks, but it's pretty clear that users expect even more improvements from an operating system that's supposed to be a game changer for Microsoft.

Themes have always come in handy, and given the fact that users want more changes from Windows 10 in terms of visual improvements, it was only a matter of time until such customizations reached the web.

The so-called Yosemite Black Theme For Windows 10 Technical Preview is, just like its name suggests, a theme which allows Windows 10 users to get the Mac OS X Yosemite looks on their desktops, obviously without more complex features such as the dock.

The end result is pretty nice and you can check it out in the photo gallery below, but in order to successfully install the theme, additional work is needed. But here's what you have to do to make it work.

First and foremost, make sure that you download UxStyle to patch system files and enable third-party themes on your computer. Additionally, you also need to download and install an application that can disable the ribbon from File Explorer, and Metro UI Tweaker works nicely.

Once you're done with all of the above, download the theme, extract all its files and copy everything from the “Theme” folder to “%windir%/Resources/Themes.” Next, just open the “Personalize” screen and activate your new theme.
