14 DAY TRIAL // Over the weekend, BitTorrent released a new update for the stable version of their torrent downloader, uTorrent.
The new build number for uTorrent 3.3 is 29544 and it is just a maintenance revision designed to take care of the most nagging bugs.
As such, the list of modifications in these cases is quite short, but with this build it is reduced to a single entry that informs about fixing the issue with file checking stuck at zero percent when adding a torrent via magnet link.
This is a regressing bug that has been dealt with in a previous build, not too far from this one. On the same note, the beta release of the application also had this issue fixed in build 29525.
With uTorrent 3.3, the developer aims at bringing to the table noticeable improvements in the performance area.
