The video you see here shows Cortana rapping in Spanish, which makes it even funnier if you don't know the language. But if you're curious to find out what she's saying, this is the translation in English:

Interestingly, this capability doesn't seem to be available in all languages and it didn't work in English, so this could be part of Microsoft's effort to bring personalized content depending on your country.
Is this feature helpful? Not at all. Is it entertaining? Probably, so this kind of improvements that Cortana's getting might be funny at first, but everyone forgets about them in just a few weeks.
