CD Art Display
Keeping a large music collection organized is a challenging task, especially for those who wish to store songs alongside disc covers and album information.
That's why CD Art Display might come in handy for many users out there, as the application has been developed to fulfill a single goal, namely to show the CD cover regardless of the audio player you are using.
Probably the number one goodie inside CD Art Display is the fact that it's compatible with many popular players in the market, such as iTunes, Winamp, AlbumPlayer, Helium Music Manager and Windows Media Player. Plus, it can work with foobar2000 too, but you will have to install some additional files first.
What CD Art Display does is display the song cover in a dedicated window, reading the covers either from a local folder or straight from the Internet. A nice addition to this application is the 'Skin Editor' which will enable you to edit the existing ones or create new ones from scratch.
Although it's quite a lightweight tool, CD Art Display impressed us mostly with its rich 'Settings' menu that comprises a wide array of options, including hotkeys, interaction, lyrics, front and back cover preferences and download configuration.
Of course, you won't need a super computer to run CD Art Display as the app remains very friendly with computer resources all the time.
All things considered, CD Art Display performs quite well and cones with a decent feature pack that can accommodate the needs of anyone. Quite easy to use, the software is also well suited to be operated even by less experienced players.
