Here are some key features of "Rainbow Folders":

· It's a first program which allows you to change folder's icon color to really any you want, not one of the predefinated colors.
· Support for 4 languages: Polish, English, German & Italian. The operating system language is autodeteced at program's start and it's interface language is changed to a proper one.
· RF is free even for commercial use (so you can use it in e.g. office). But you must remember that it's distributed under Postcardware license. See License section, for more details.
· With help of this program you can colorize folders that they will look like the one from Windows NT/95/98/ME or like the new folders from Windows 2000/XP.
· RF doesn't ingerate in system using 'force', it uses standard methods which are used by system internaly to mark special folders (like My documents).
· This program doesn't modify any system files or Registry, so it will never lead to any system conflicts or something.
· RF is an easy to use tool and also has many configuration possibilities.
· Using RF you can change not only the folder's color but also you can protect it from deleting by mistake by replacing the standard 'Confirm folder deletation' dialog with dialog which warns the user about deleting important system folder. It's a very useful option when the computer is used by many people.
· With RF you can add an optional text that will 'pop up' when the cursour stops above the folder's icon for a while. Whith this you can e.g. warn other computer user with hint like 'Don't delete me, I'm a very important folder'.
