Sticky Previews is a lightweight and easy-to-use application that allows you to create live previews of windows and screen regions.
It keeps previews above all other programs thus allowing you to monitor any background window in real time.
In its behavior, Sticky Previews is very similar to picture-in-picture TV technology, but for desktop applications.
