Customize the start menu and taskbar transparency with ease

editor's review

Taskbar Transizer is a freeware Windows tool created to customize the start menu and the task bar.

Since transparency is such a popular effect for so many users these days, Taskbar Transizer has all the chances to succeed in this crowded software market, mostly thanks to the fact that it's very easy to use.

In fact, it's almost impossible to spend more than a few seconds to figure out which feature is which since the overall number of features is so small.

The application allows you not only to adjust the Taskbar transparency, but also Start Menu and Start Menu Programs transparency.

While getting a transparent Taskbar is no longer an issue since Windows 7 allows you to do that with the help of a built-in feature, the other two options can come in very handy for those who want to tweak their operating system as much as possible.

The good thing about Taskbar Transizer is that you don't have to keep it running, so it's basically enough to simply adjust transparency level and then close the app. Once you launch it, Taskbar Transizer automatically detects the previously-configured level and lets you make further modifications.

Taskbar Transizer works like a breeze on all Windows workstations, but one of the problems may concern the transparency effect that also targets Taskbar icons. All of them become less visible, so users might have a hard time when trying to distinguish the icons.

Overall, Taskbar Transizer is a good project that does what it says and works smoothly on any Windows workstation. It's easy to use and, what's more, it allows you to see the changes in real time.
