Email Grabber

Email Grabber is a complex solution for extracting, with custom user-input parameters, email addresses from websites.

Email Grabber is a compact tool that integrates very well with your Windows OS. Equally, the tool comes packed with a variety of options and customizations that allow you to make the most from it.

You can create custom queues with priority rules, add website URLs or specific keywords, and choose the search engine you want to conduct searches onto. As a result, the application allows you to search on individual domains or target search engines' databases with specific keywords.

The dashboard of this program has four main sections listed in the top bar and seven shortcut buttons on the subsequent toolbar.

In the 'File' tab, you can find options for setting up the app, saving or exporting your findings, as well as the method for initiating a new search. In the 'Search' tab, you can create search filters, the 'Queue Manager' access shortcut, and the option to set text substitutions (with regular scripted language or custom Regex expressions).

Finally, the last two sections are 'Tools' (that contains an assisted email search wizard, a search debugging tool, and the file merging option) and 'Help' (for information about the tool, documentation access, and license registration).

Email Grabber lets you perform simultaneous website searches. You can parallel up to twenty processes at once, create custom search instances that target different websites, and select the depth the research is done at (between 1 and unlimited).

Moreover, you can create regular expression, normal, or wildcard filters, and test or debug search activities for specific URLs (that return poor to unsatisfactory results). Finally, you can export the email addresses you found in text files (with user-chosen delimiter), CSVs, or in a vCard format.
