OutlookAttachView

You get to understand what OutlookAttachView does just by reading its name. This lightweight utility is designed to help you build a list of attached files to your Outlook messages. Attachments can be easily manipulated with OutlookAttachView, as it allows you to save them all to a specific folder or erase large attachments that take up storage space in your mailbox.

There is no need to install OutlookAttachView, as it is up and running as soon as you double-click on the main executable. But before revealing its main window, the application prompts you to configure the mailbox scan options.

At this point, you can select the Outlook profile to use (or choose the default one) and filter the messages by creation date. For instance, you can configure the application to only scan messages that were created in the last five days.

The scan results can also be filtered by the size of the attachments. In other words, with OutlookAttachView, you should be able to find messages in your mailbox that have large files attached.

Other criteria include the message direction (incoming or outgoing), their status (read or unread), the file type (DOC, DOCX and TXT are supported), the subject and other criteria related to the folder name, the path, and so on. You can even configure OutlookAttachView to only scan messages that have a specific string in a selected field.

OutlookAttachView is compatible with Outlook 2003 to 2016 and allows you to manipulate mail attachments much easier. You can easily copy and open attachments directly from the application. Moreover, it allows you to create detailed reports and export them for later reference.
