The Pushpin Images can be added into Streets and Trips or MapPoint. After downloading the file, 200 image files will be in the directory that you chose during installtion.

Go to Streets and Trips 2009 or MapPoint 2009. Click on the arrow to the right of the pushpin in the toolbar. Click on the Import custom symbol button. Select from any of the new image files in the file dialog and click Open. The chosen pushpins will be included in your pushpin collectin.
