However, nowadays, a simple web search can help users get the needed resources to get them the firmware version or the exact update that would help their handset work smoothly. For instance, NaviFirm Plus is a software solution designed especially for Nokia devices.

This application comes with an intuitive interface so that novices and experts alike can easily choose the phone model they are interested in – furthermore, hovering the mouse cursor over each entry displays a screenshot with the corresponding device, so one can search for their phone relying solely on these pictures. Each of these images also offer additional details, such as product type, core platform or supported flah sequences.

Depending on the phone model, several firmware versions might be available, and users are advised to choose the variant that suits their necessities best (depending on the country).
