Power Recorder Cutter

Power MP3 Cutter is a small tool that enables you to easily crop a part of an audio track. It only supports the MP3 and WAV formats.

The user interface of the program is quite pleasant to look upon and easy to use as well, even if there are no special features you can access.

You can view information about the source file once you load it (the "drag and drop" method is not supported) and this includes the file name and type, bitrate, channels, sample frequency rate and length.

You can play, pause and stop an audio file, mark the current position as the start or end point, mark the entire file as a segment, play the selected portion of the audio, as well as go to the start and end point.

You can also view the total length, the current, start and end position of the selected segment. Once your work is complete, you can export it to the WAV or MP3 format (after setting the bitrate), and optionally enable Power MP3 Cutter Classic to export the unselected segment, as well as fade in or fade out for a specific time.

The software uses a very low amount of system resources and can guide you to an online help file. If you are looking for more advanced features of an audio cutter, then you should try something else. Otherwise, this tool can be easily used by novices.
