QipShot is a handy and reliable utility designed to enable you to capture regions of your desktop and upload them to an online service.
QipShot is a multi-purpose application for Windows. It allows you to capture snapshots of your screen and upload them to the QipShot servers. It also allows you to upload any Images from your computer to their servers and retrieve it later.
