People who don't have strong knowledge in the image editing area usually settle for Windows Paint to make minor modifications.
But there are plenty of software that are very easy to use by novices. One of them is Photo-Brush.
Photo-Brush is a small graphic editor that enables you to create and edit images.
Its interface is very appealing and, although it may look like something the kids would play with, Photo-Brush has some powerful and professional tools.
Basic tools include a pen, airbrush, stamp, artistic (you can even draw 3D objects with predefined light and shadows), nozzle, fill, and original.
Most tools have several brush types that you can use to create really amazing shapes.
On the left side of the screen you can select one from the many filters that will be applied to the entire image. Some of them are quite beautiful (e.g. Too Jazzy, Total Dream).
Retouching and effects come with several options as well. They can be manually applied only for a particular portion of the image.
The only sad part about Photo-Brush is the fact that the "Undo" button can only be selected two consecutive times, and there is no history recorded (so that you could return the image to previous settings).
CPU and memory are moderately use, and it can become a little frustrating to navigate through the interface sometimes (e.g. hotkeys had stopped working at some point).
All in all, if you want to take advantage of a simple graphic editor with professional-looking tools, try Photo-Brush.
