Video Cartoonizer

Video Cartoonizer is an application designed to help you spice up your videos by applying a cartoon effect that can make mundane activities appear more appealing and perhaps, more interesting.

The setup is quick, uneventful and does not require any special attention from your part. Upon launch, you come face to face with a minimalistic, yet user-friendly interface that is intuitive and should not give you any trouble while navigating.

The largest part of the UI is dedicated to displaying the list of videos you selected for the conversion along with various details, such as the path, size, duration, output type selected, status and a quick link that enables you to preview the converted video.

The application is fairly simple to use and applying a cartoon effect is essentially a two-step process. After you choose the desired videos, you can specify the output type, select the effect that you think works best as well as the frames per second and hit the Cartoonize now button.

You should know that the application works with several input formats, but it only allows you to opt between four formats for the output file, namely FLV, AVI, MP4 and MOV. At the same time, it is worth mentioning that the output sizes of the videos are limited to 320 x 240, 480 x 320, 720 x 480 and 1024 x 768.

As a side note, depending on the cartoon effect, output and duration of the clip, the processing can take up more than one hour. During this time, the app displays a message with the progress status on top of the list view panel.
