Cognaxon NIST (ANSI/NIST-ITL 1-2000) Viewer application was designed to help you read and extract NIST (ANSI/NIST-ITL 1-2000) file format.

ANSI/NIST-ITL 1-2000 is Data Format for the Interchange of Fingerprint, Facial, & Scar Mark & Tattoo (SMT) Information defined by American National Standard for Information Systems.

NIST (ANSI/NIST-ITL 1-2000) viewer is small (approx. 2 Megabytes) and fast, has inside integrated WSQ viewer. After installation of NIST (ANSI/NIST-ITL 1-2000) viewer .nist files can be easily opened in Windows Explorer with simple mouse double click.
