BmpToRaw description
BmpToRaw is a tool that converts windows bitmaps into RAW bitmaps used for logos or sky graphics in the Tomb Raider Level EditorBmpToRaw is a program which simplifies the conversion of Windows bitmaps to RAW files, which are used for the Tomb Raider logo screen.
BmpToRaw also features a preview of the file to convert and an extensive manual in both English and German that is delivered with the program.
Since version 3.0, there is also support for transparent images; furthermore, BmpToRaw includes a RAW viewer and PAK support.
