If you have videos which cause audio/video sync problems, use River Past Video Cleaner to clean up timecode in those bad videos. It can also be used to convert between NTSC and PAL.
With the optional River Past Animated GIF Booster Pack, you can output the video to animated GIF files or FLC animation. This is the easiest way for web masters to create moving thumbnails for the video.

· Native codecs. It uses the native codecs from the original vendors for the encoding for the best compartibility. For example, it uses Apple's QuickTime codecs to encode MOV, and Microsoft's codecs to encode WMV, instead of third party codecs.
· Pulse Regulation. This is our timecode correction techology to fix timecode problems in the original video file. It removes duplicated video frames, and insert frames if it sees gaps in the stream.
· Multi-core support. For most file formats, it uses multiple thread for encoding and decoding, utilizing multi-core processors.
· Automation. Not technical savvy? Most settings can be selected for you so you don't need to worry about what resolution or frame rate to select.

Requirements:
· River Past Video Cleaner is tested to run on any PC with a Pentium III/Celeron CPU of 500 MHz or above. A sound card is required.
· DirectX 8.0 or above. We strongly recommend that you always use the latest the latest DX (currently 9.0b) because it provides better stability and performance.
· For WMA output, you must have Windows Media Format runtime 9 installed. We provide it in a separate download package.
