Video to GIF Converter 7.0

Video to GIF Converter has a title that pretty much explains its purpose - it allows you to encode video files of various formats (e.g. AVI, FLV, 3GP, RM, MPG) to GIF animations.

The interface of the program is plain and intuitive. You can import a video by using only the file browser, since the "drag and drop" method is not supported. Batch processing is not permitted.

So, you can specify the output destination and initiate the encoding process. But you can also trim the video by marking the start and end position, as well as increase or decrease the playback speed.

In the "Settings" area you can select the color effect (original, grayscale, sepia), flip, crop or resize the image, set the GIF replay speed and enable Video to GIF Converter to skip frames.

The video processing program quickly finishes a task while using a moderate-to-high amount of system resources, includes a well-written help file with snapshots and preserves a very good image quality in the output files.

We haven't come across any issues during our tests, since the program did not freeze, crash or display errors. All in all, Video to GIF Converter  is an excellent program for creating GIFs from videos and we highly recommend it to all users.
