Briz Video Joiner
Briz Video Joiner is an application with a pretty self-explanatory title - it allows you to merge video clips. The tool supports several file types, including MPEG, WMV and AVI.
The interface of the program is plain and simple to work with. Video clips can be imported into the list by using the file browser only, because the "drag and drop" method is not supported.
In the queue you can read the name, duration, type, frame size and rate, audio frequency and location of each video. Once you establish the output destination and filename, you can proceed with the encoding task.
Furthermore, you can configure audio and video settings when it comes to the frame size, frame rate, resize method and compression level. Options can be restored to their default values.
Plus, you can highlight the differences in video parameters, save the current project, move items up and down in the list, and more. The video processing application needs a moderate amount of system resources, has a good response time, takes reasonable time to complete a task and preserves a fair image and sound quality. You can also look into a brief help file.
On the other hand, the interface needs some major improvements, since it's outdated. Multiple errors popped up during our tests when attempting to merge video clips of different audio and video parameters. In the end, Briz Video Joiner managed to join only those videos with identical profile settings. We strongly recommend you look for something more advanced than this tool.
