VideoCharge Pro

VideoCharge Pro is a program that you can use to perform some operations on media files, such as joining videos, splitting audio files or applying watermarks.

The tool is wrapped in a user-friendly interface. First-time users may follow the steps of the simple wizard, in order to get a task done.

You can apply a watermark to a video file or image; this can be either text or image. You can change the format of audio tracks (e.g. to WMA, MP3, WAV) and customize sound properties (e.g. codec, format), as well as turn pictures into GIF, BMP, JPG, PNG or TIFF items.

It is also possible to encode videos to ASF, WMV, MKV, MP4, AVI, 3GP and other formats, create thumbnails for pictures and videos, extract or remove scenes from a movie, merge audio, video or images, as well as to rip DVD clips.

From the 'Options' menu, you can enable a constant value for the timeline, make VideoCharge Pro automatically exit or to turn off the computer when all tasks are done, create a log file, and disable the wizard from running at startup. The configuration settings may be saved to file for further processing.

VideoCharge Pro runs on a moderate amount of CPU and system memory, has a good response time, quickly finishes a task, and comes with plenty of customizable options. We have not come across any problems during our tests; VideoCharge Pro did not freeze, crash or pop up error dialogs. There's also a help file available. No recent updates have been made.
