Network Speed Calculator

Network Speed Calculator is a lightweight and portable application whose goal is to calculate network connection time based on user-defined parameters. 

It does not require extensive knowledge of networking utilities, making it appealing to all user categories.

Since installation is not a prerequisite, you can drop the tool to a USB flash disk or similar mass storage device, and run it on any PC with minimum effort and no previous installers.

An important aspect to take into account it that it does not create new entries in the Windows registry or Start menu, thus leaving no traces behind after its removal.

The interface is based on a single window with a clear-cut structure. It's not necessarily attractive but quite simple to work with.

Users are required to set the connection speed, data size, measurement units, number of users, and running capacity, in order to perform calculation.

Results are instantly shown after clicking a button. These display the exact network connection time (in seconds), in addition to the total number of hours, minutes and seconds. There are no other notable features available here. 

For example, this information cannot be copied to the Clipboard, printed or saved to an external file for safekeeping or comparison with other connection statistics.

We have not come across any type of problems throughout our testing, as the tool did not hang, crash or display error notifications. It is not the most resourceful app for calculating network connection speed, but it is wrapped in a user-friendly interface and features intuitive options.
