Simpo PDF to Excel

Simpo PDF to Excel is a Windows tool designed to turn PDF documents into Excel spreadsheets. It does not include complex features or configuration settings, so it can be handled by all types of users, even those with little or no experience in software apps.

The installation procedure is quick and uneventful. As far as the interface is concerned, the main app window has a clean structure that allows the addition of PDF documents using either the file browser or drag-and-drop method.

Batch processing is featured, so you can convert multiple PDFs at the same time to speed up conversion for numerous files.

The file list shows the name and total pages of each entry. Instead of processing all pages, you can list the exact ones you want to convert. 

You can take into consideration only tables and convert them to either Excel or CSV format. Once the output directory is established (if the default location is not satisfactory), you can start conversion with the click of a button.

From the "Settings" panel it is possible to change the UI language and make Simpo PDF to Excel either replace the existing files or rename the output if the items already exist. There are no other notable features available.

Simpo PDF to Excel is very low-demanding when it comes to CPU and RAM, so it does not hog system resources. We have not come across any problems throughout our evaluation, as the utility did not hang, crash or pop up error dialogs. The quality of the Excel spreadsheets pretty much depends on how content is structured within the PDFs.

To sum it up, Simpo PDF to Excel provides a simple method for creating Excel spreadsheets from PDFs, featuring support for custom pages as well as for creating CSV files from tables. It can be handled by all user categories.
