· Contact profile list add order by company name tab.
· Company profiles (Tasks > Company profiles) function add web search button. When web search button is pressed, company name will be auto filled into google search text box.
· Company address will be auto filled into MapQuest search box.
· Company profiles record add contacts tab. Contacts tab will lists contacts link to a company.
· Company list view (View > Company list) function add web search button. When web search button is pressed, company name will be auto filled into google search text box. Company address will be auto filled into MapQuest search box.
· New program: Ceeksoft Office Utilities. Program file name is csoffice.exe. User who are upgrading from previous version can create a shortcut to this program file.
· Move folder file list report to Ceeksoft Office Utilities program.
· Move import Outlook contacts and import Outlook message to Ceeksoft Office Utilities program.
· New feature in Office Utilities: Synchronize topsales and outlook contact data. Access function from File>Import menu.
· New feature in Office Utilities: Export Outlook categories list to Excel. Access function from File>Export menu.
· New feature in Office Utilities: Export folder file list Excel. Access function from File>Export menu.
· New feature in Office Utilities: Export Internet Explorer favorites to HTML file. Access function from File>Export menu.
· New feature in Office Utilities: PDF viewer. PDF viewer allows quick view of pdf files. Access function from Utilities menu.
