HealthVault for Windows 10/8.1 is a lightweight software application designed specifically for  Windows 10 and Windows  8.1 users for helping them store information about their health condition, weight, activities and other medical information like blood pressure. Last but not least, HealthVault for Windows 8 helps you store data about the insurance (e.g. plan name, coverage type, expiration date), emergency contacts (e.g. name, phone number, address), and other contacts.

The application can be used by multiple people. You can set up a new user by entering details about the name, date of birth, gender, country/region, blood type, and organ donor. Plus, you can assign one of the preset pictures or add a custom image (e.g. GIF, BMP, JPEG) from your computer.
