Once launched from a Command Prompt window, you can type ? to get a list with all features facilitated by Personal Calculator.NET. It supports decimal numbers, hexadecimal numbers ending with h, octal numbers ending with o, and binary numbers ending with b.

When it comes to operators, the program accepts arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division), binary (and, or, xor), and boolean (==, =, !=).
