A small "Green" (portable) client capable of translating selected text from most Windows applications. Translation is obtained by making a web services call to the Google translate service.

This program does not offer any additional translation services; it just adds convenience by automating the translations process.

The translated text can be displayed as a ToolTip, a Tray Tip, pasted back into the original document (if you application will allow editing), or spoken via Text To Speech (requires Microsoft SAPI in the appropriate language to be installed on your system).
