Fullyworked Cryptic Message is a straightforward and very intuitive piece of software that aims to help you secure the contents of your online conversations, be they in the form of emails or IM replies.

Subsequent to downloading the program, you can decompress its archive and run the executable, as its installation is not required; as such,  you can use it straight away, without wasting any more time on setup procedures.

Also, this means that you can take Fullyworked Cryptic Message with you wherever you have use for it, on a USB stick or a similar storage device, its removal being reduced to simple deletion from the host system.

The application features three distinct panels, where you can input your ‘Encrypt / Decrypt Password’, along with your ‘Message’ and retrieve the ‘Result’. The first text field lets you enter any keyphrase you wish, bearing in mind that it will also be necessary for decoding it, so make sure you remember it.

Since Fullyworked Cryptic Message masks the characters with asterisks, you are protected from those watching over your shoulder. However, this prevents you from realizing if you make a mistake in writing, which may render your text irrecoverable.

After inputting the text manually or from clipboard into the ‘Message’ panel, you can click on the ‘Encrypt’ button and the ‘Result’ will be displayed within moments, letting you copy and paste it in a different document or window.

To perform the reverse operation, you need to go through the same steps, with the exception of entering the string of characters into the dedicated field and resorting to the ‘Decrypt Message’ button to reveal the readable version.
