Atelier Web Firewall Tester is an application for probing Personal Firewall software strengths against outbond attempts from network trojan horses and other malware or spyware. This will help you tweak your existing Personal Firewall software for improved protection or make a rational choice of a PF within the available alternatives in the market-place.

· AWFT comes in 32-bit and 64-bit editions. The full set of tests can only be
· performed in a 64-bit operating system with the 64-bit edition of AWFT.
· Tests 5 and 6 can now be performed against other kinds of software that
· access the internet, such as email, ftp, online games or voip clients. Previously,
· connections on port 80 were required.
· Many new tweaks, namely the capability to launch the default browser set in
· Options for test 2, and also some gymnastics to make happy some brainless
· antivirus (not necessarily the cheapest ones) whose heuristic engine classify as
· trojan when they find calls to certain Windows APIs (which, of course, can also
· be used by innocent programs like this one).
