Here are some key features of "Windows Firewall Ports & Application Manager":

· Globally open ports are the ports that are registered in to the firewall but not neccesarily enabled.
· For Authorized Applications same as Globally open ports.
· The checkboxes to the left of the key names do not anything they just indicate if the port or application is enabled or not.
