    A free tool that can add a single port (Windows Firewall GUI can do that)

    Windows Firewall Ports & Applications Manager is a free tool that can add a single port (Windows Firewall GUI can do that), a range of ports(Windows Firewall GUI can't do that) and of course applications.

    Also you can make custom port lists which you can save which makes deployment easier.
