cwTool

cwTool is a feather-light and portable piece of kit that parses CDMA Workshop NV Item reads to remove plain text as well as BIN dumps to locate SPCs. Since installation is not prerequisite, you can save the app directory to any location on the hard disk and just click the executable to launch cwTool.

The interface is represented by a small window with a neatly organized structure that shows all available options. In order to remove text from NV item reads (ASCII HEX remains), all you have to do is indicate the file, and the same rule applies to locating PSCs.

Results are shown in the main frame. Plus, it is possible to convert MEID/ESN items. There are no other notable options available here.

The tool does not put a strain on computer performance, since it runs on low CPU and RAM. It has a good response time to commands and works smoothly, without triggering Windows to hang, crash or display error notifications.
