This easy-to-use partitioning tool is ideal for re-structuring your hard disk

Partition managers will always come in handy to computer users, whether they have made a mistake when partitioning hard drives during Windows installation (e.g. allocating too much disk space to a partition when it's clearly needed somewhere else), or changed their mind about how they want to use space on local hard drives.
Paragon Partition Manager is a hard disk utility tool that allows you to easily create, delete, resize and merge partitions.
This program has a very lovely user interface, with explanatory information for each feature. It doesn't matter if you're new to this environment or already experienced, Paragon Partition Manager is easy to use.

Besides its main functions, this application lets you copy an entire partition, migrate to another hard disk of the same or different size, as well as backup your system information in a few easy steps.
Unfortunately, the option to create a bootable recovery CD and set up system boot parameters is only available in full version.
Paragon Partition Manager works splendidly, but of course it takes some time and a few restarts to complete tasks. And memory resources are moderately used (you must know by now that it's not recommended to do anything else while this type of application is working).
So, if you want a second chance to reconfigure your hard disk, Paragon Partition Manager will offer it to you. The price for the full version is very cheap as well.
