ProcessKO is a simple and lightweight application that lets you terminate currently running processes, even if you would normally require administrative rights to do so.
Since this is a portable product, installation is not a prerequisite. It means that you can just drop the executable file on any location of the hard drive and run it.
Otherwise, you can save ProcessKO to a USB flash drive or other removable device, and run it on any computer. Plus, the Windows Registry section does not receive new entries, and no files are left behind on the hard drive after removing the app.
The tool is packed in a standard interface with a plain layout, where you can kill any active process or create a favorites list (from the active processes or EXE files from the hard drive).
Another important feature of ProcessKO is that it allows you to set a timer for the termination of an application, as long as you confirm the expert clause. Furthermore, you can make the main frame stay on top of other windows, minimize it to the system tray area, or use a hotkey.
ProcessKO offers multilingual support, has a good response time and worked well during our testing, without hanging, crashing or popping up error notifications; we haven't encountered any issues. To sum it up, ProcessKO offers users a simple solution to killing processes that normally need administrative rights.
