There are many ways in which you can customize the look of your desktop in order to receive a more personal experience from your workspace, including various third-party applications, but not all of them are capable of offering added functionality alongside appealing graphics.

Autoit SysInfo Clock is one of those simple, small tools that can offer both usability and good looks, although designed more like a widget than a full-blown application.

In addition to showing you the time, this simple utility also displays info on the usage of various computer resources, all on the same simple interface.

One thing that you'll notice right from the start regarding this tool is the fact that its main window is small, roughly larger than your average sport watch, and that it also looks strikingly similar to such an accessory.

The app has been designed to offer info on CPU load, CPU speed (and type) and memory and C drive usage, and displays these in the form of sub dials.

Due to the reduced size of the program's main window itself, the sub dials are also small, and some might find it difficult to view the actual values they display. However, additional details on each parameter is displayed on mouse hover, in the form of tooltips.

The software comes with an integrated alarm clock. A small button on the lower left-side of the app's window allows you to stop the ringing alarm. A corresponding button on the right-side offers info on network traffic on mouse hover.

The application's configuration menu is accessible via right-click on the bottom of the clock, allowing you to change its default color scheme, set alarm, or have the app run at system start up. It also places an icon in the System Tray area, for fast access at times when the main window is not on top (it does not appear in the task bar).
