Multi Meter 4 Cores 2.0
Will monitor and display on the desktop your system resources usage.
In order to use it, you need a multi-core processor, as the program might not work with single or dual core systems.
Once you install the gadget, it places a small window on your desktop, enabling you to permanently keep an eye on system resources usage percentages, in order to avoid system overload. Depending on the number of CPUs, it can monitor up to four cores.
In addition to this, the application displays the total installed memory, as well as the used RAM, in MB and in percentages, allowing you to detect which application uses most memory and fix the issue in due time. Within the gadget interface, you can also view information about the computer architecture (32-bit or 64-bit operating system).
The looks of the application are fully customizable, as the program comes with a collection of skins that you can use to change its look to match your desktop wallpaper. Right-clicking on the gadget open a menu where you can change its opacity and place it on top of all the other opened windows, so you can glance at the CPU and RAM usage anytime.
Although it is a simple sidebar gadget, Multi Meter 4 Cores can come in handy for permanently monitoring hardware working parameters and resources usage, allowing you to identify possible issues before they affect the overall system performance and speed.
