Sidebar gadgets are designed to provide easy access to important information or programs, directly from your desktop. Such an application is Multi Meter 4 Cores, a lightweight gadget that monitors and displays real-time hardware information regarding your Quad Core system.
In order to use it, you need a multi-core processor, as the program might not work with single or dual core systems.
Once you install the gadget, it places a small window on your desktop, enabling you to permanently keep an eye on system resources usage percentages, in order to avoid system overload. Depending on the number of CPUs, it can monitor up to four cores.
