- Fixed TestDisk script problem

- Changed a few lines of bz_boot to write to the log file right after
- building an ISO, instead of after pressing enter to continue.
- Changed script header to take in a couple different variables -
- makes it easier to tag builds as final or RC.
- Moved some downloads to a separate script, to help get BZUpdate as
- un-centralized as possible.
- Added Aim Ad Hack v5.45 to sanitize.cmd.
