New in MSD Employees Multiuser 4.20 (May 24, 2017)

  • The program is shown correctly in screens with resolution higher than Full HD (1920x1080).
  • The update of Windows 10 Anniversary in August 2016 caused an error in the program start if a default printer was not assigned. This problem has been fixed.

  • Employees Information: new Health database that allows to enter an unlimited number of health events for each employee.
  • Employees Information - Absences: mouse hints show the year to which the absence belongs.
  • Employees Information - Absences: calendar holidays are shown in bold and underlined.
  • The Overtime edition dialog allows to enter overtime negative values.
  • The administrator of the Multiuser version allows to control which databases can be accessed by every user.
  • In the Multiuser version the name of the user connected to the server is shown in the status bar, along with an icon showing if the user has total or partial access to the databases.

  • Absences: when the employee is changed the program maintains the year selected by the user in the graphic area.
  • When the mouse is moved over a graphic absence the program shows a window with its main information. When a mouse click is performed onto a graphic absence, the program selects the corresponding record.
  • In the personal version the program uses the Windows user to store the CreatedBy and ModifiedBy fields.
  • The summary calculates a unique identifier for every record. Now the locating tool can be used to locate any record (Ctrl-L).
  • New option to activate or deactivate the three-dimensional toolbars.
