New in MozyHome 2.26 (Jul 15, 2014)

  • New and Changed Features
  • Faster Restores with Multiple Connections
  • Restores can now use multiple connections to the Mozy cloud for faster transfers and more efficient bandwidth usage. If one connection needs to wait or fails, another connection is used.
  • Easier Process for Manually Updating the Backup Software
  • If you are prompted to update the backup software and choose to update later, you are given the option to update on a weekly basis. You can also perform the update at any time through the Mozy icon. To update, right-click the Mozy icon Mozy-Symbol in the notification area and select Update Mozy in the menu. If no updates are available, the menu option is hidden. This feature eliminates the need to search for the latest update.
  • More Frequent Backups of Lotus Notes Databases
  • The amount of change required to cause a Lotus Notes database backup is decreased. The database is now backed up more frequently and the size of the updates are smaller.
  • Added Command Line Options for Controlling the Initial Configuration of the Backup Software
  • You can specify options when starting the backup software setup program in Windows. These options let you specify information for accounts activated using a product key. You can also hide the replace computer option when setting up a computer if your organisation has integrated your authentication service with the Mozy authentication service. This takes away the option for users to replace a computer; they can only add a computer to an account.
  • Added a Command Line Option for Replacing Computers during Activation
  • For organisations that have integrated their authentication service with the Mozy authentication service and are using user assisted activation, you can now use the/replaceoption with the/userassistedauthenticatecommand to specify whether a computer being activated replaces a previously activated computer.
  • Issues Fixed
  • Fixed an issue where the rules for installing the latest updates were not always working at the expected time.
  • Improved the speed of the initial backup of a large file by reducing the number of steps required to perform the backup.
  • Fixed an issue that caused more than one expired password dialog to appear if the initial dialog is not acknowledged.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented updates to the software update information from being applied.
  • Fixed an issue where files selected for backup on network shares were not being saved properly on Windows XP and 2003 computers.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented some users from being able to activate their accounts when activating with only their user name and password.
  • Fixed a rare issue with the local backup feature that prevented some of the files from being backed up.
  • Added the ability for a user in an organisation that has integrated their authentication service with Mozy to replace a computer that is no longer used with a new computer in their account.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented backed up files from being associated with their backup sets in the Settings window Restore tab and when accessing files online.
  • Fixed an issue where the text in a window displayed during the installation process incorrectly indicated that an insecure (http) link was being used instead of a secure (https) one. This is in the window prompting for a subdomain for organisations that have chosen the Use my company's single sign on activation option.
  • Fixed an issue where names entered in Japanese characters during the installation are not displayed properly in the Admin Console.
  • Known Issues
  • Disk volumes marked for Microsoft deduplication in Windows Server 2012 and Windows 8/8.1 are not backed up. Avoid using deduplication on volumes that you want to backup using Mozy.

New in MozyHome 2.24 (Jul 15, 2014)

  • Issues Fixed
  • Fixed a rare issue that required users to contact Support to restore files if an error occurred during the initial backup of a large file. The backup of the file had to be almost complete when the error occurred to cause this issue.
  • Issues Fixed
  • Fixed an issue that prevented changes made to a large EFS encrypted file during the initial backup from being backed up properly.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented some users that have updated to version 2.24.0 from being able to successfully back up changed files (ServerError17).
  • Fixed an issue that caused the backup software to exit.
  • Fixed an issue that caused errors (SE2 :107) when attempting to back up large virtual hard disk (.vhd) files.
  • New and Changed Features
  • Easier Process for Restoring Backup Selections
  • If you save your configuration information when uninstalling the backup software, you are now asked during reinstallation if you want to use that saved information. Previously, you had to manually copy the configuration file to the appropriate location after completing the reinstallation. Using the saved information restores file selections, backup set selections, and custom backup sets.
  • Back Up Files with Longer File Paths and Names
  • You can now back up files with paths, including the file name, longer than 256 characters. However, the actual file name is still limited by the operating system to 256 characters, and the operating system and applications might impose other path restrictions.
  • Access to Restored Files in Windows Explorer through the History Tab
  • Restored files listed in the History tab of the backup software Settings window can be accessed in Windows Explorer. Access the file by clicking the appropriate restoration event in the top table, right-clicking the file in the bottom table, and choosing to show the file in Windows Explorer. If the restored file is in a different location than the original file and the original file still exists, you can access either file.
  • Issues Fixed
  • Fixed an issue that prevented some users with access to the Access files online feature from using the feature.
  • Fixed an issue causing the backup software to potentially back up the sync folder, requiring users to manually exclude the folder from backups.
  • Added details to the log that explain why a particular file was backed up again entirely, instead of just the changes to the file.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented files that are in use (locked) from being backed up and caused an error (FilesystemError2).
  • Fixed an issue when using the Data Shuttle feature that caused the Status window to open after a backup, even though the option to hide the window was selected.
  • Fixed a rare issue that caused an unnecessary backup to start right after another backup completes.
  • Fixed issues that caused the backup of a file to start over instead of resuming. These issues occurred with the backup of a large file after the connection to the Mozy cloud was lost (Connectionerror7), after the backup was paused and the file was changed several times, and after a backup error.
  • Fixed a rare issue where the use of the backup software status icons caused some applications to exit while performing common activities, such as saving a file.
  • Known Issues
  • Selecting My Computer in the File System tab of the Settings window to back up all files does not select any files. After saving the selection and reopening the tab, no files are selected for backup. To back up all files, you can select each of the drives individually.

New in MozyHome 2.22 (Jul 15, 2014)

  • Issues Fixed
  • Fixed an issue where the backup of a large file occasionally started over instead of resuming after a computer restart or shutdown.
  • Fixed an issue that caused an error for some users when attempting to connect to Lotus Notes.
  • Issues Fixed
  • Fixed a rare issue that caused Windows Explorer to restart when you right-click an item in Explorer.
  • Fixed some issues related to pausing and resuming the backup of a large file several times during the initial backup process.
  • Fixed an issue with the initial backup of a large file using an account that is near its storage limit. The software did not complete the backup of the file and it incorrectly reported that the account is over its storage limit.
  • Fixed an issue where changes to the case (uppercase to lowercase or lowercase to uppercase) of any letters in a file or folder name greater than eight characters can cause updates to the file or files in the folder to not be backed up.
  • Fixed an issue that could cause the Settings window to take a long time to open.
  • New and Changed Features
  • Backup Software Installation without Product Keys
  • MozyPro and MozyEnterprise accounts no longer require product keys. You only need your username and password to activate the backup software.
  • Improved Efficiency in Backing up Large Files that Change
  • If a large file is changed while it is being backed up for the first time and the backup software is paused or closed, the backup will now resume instead of starting again the next time the software is running.
  • Increased Maximum Bandwidth Throttling Limit
  • The maximum bandwidth throttling limit has been increased from 1 Mbps to 3 Mbps. This allows users with a faster internet connection to use more of their network bandwidth while throttling.
  • Automatically Back Up Chrome Bookmarks and Additional Versions of Outlook
  • A new backup set allows you to automatically back up Google Chrome bookmarks, and the email backup set has been updated to back up Outlook 2010 and 2013 email (.pst) files. If you are installing the backup software, you will automatically get the new and updated backup sets. If you are already using the backup software and want the backup sets, you must run Setup Assistant again. To do this, hold down the Shift key and right-click the Mozy icon Mozy Icon in the notification area. Then select Launch Setup Assistant and go through the wizard.
  • Note: Running Setup Assistant again will delete your settings, file selections, and custom backup sets.
  • Automatic Retries When Activating an Account
  • For organizations using the automatic account activation method, if the account cannot be authenticated, the backup software now automatically retries authenticating and activating up to ten times over the next 72 hours.
  • Access to Additional Features through the Command Interface
  • Administrators now have access to additional installation, activation, and management features through the command interface.
  • Issues Fixed
  • Fixed an issue where if you started using the local backup feature after performing an initial backup, only files that have changed are added to the local backup. Now, all files are backed up regardless of when you start using the feature.
  • Fixed an issue where older versions of some files were not being moved to the version history for a local backup.
  • Fixed an issue that caused authentication errors for some users of VMware Horizon (AuthenticationError6).
  • Fixed an issue with the Data Shuttle feature. If the backup of a file was paused, the file would be backed up both online and on the Data Shuttle storage device, instead of just the device.
  • Fixed an issue where some files that were on an external drive selected for backup using backup sets were not being backed up.
  • Fixed an issue for administrators using automatic activation. Previously, if the user's full name contained an unsupported character, the activation would fail. Now, the unsupported character is converted to a supported one in the full name of the Mozy account.

New in MozyHome 2.20 (Jul 15, 2014)

  • Issues Fixed
  • Update the backup software to support future security certificate updates.

  • Known Issues
  • When you install the backup software for Windows 2.20.2, you must reboot your computer after the installation is complete.
  • New and Changed Features
  • Storage Usage Indicator Graph Improved
  • The storage indicator bar automatically zooms in to show more detail when you are using less than half of a large amount of available space. This provides a more useful graphical representation of the space you are using. The bar is located at the bottom of the Backup Sets tab and File System tab of the Settings window.
  • A Backup Set for Backing Up the System Reserved Partition has been Added
  • A System Reserved Partition backup set for users of MozyPro and MozyEnterprise, which can be used to automatically back up the Windows reserved partition on a hard drive, has been added. This backup set makes it easier to back up key information on the system reserved partition. Important: Administrators backing up Microsoft Active Directory must enable this to ensure that they can properly restore Active Directory.
  • An Option to Save Configuration Data When Uninstalling has been Added
  • You can now save your configuration data when uninstalling the backup software. During the uninstall process, you will be asked if you want to save your data. Saving your data eliminates the need to reselect files, reselect backup sets and recreate custom backup sets if you are reinstalling.
  • More Convenient Access to Files Listed in the Settings Window
  • You can now go directly from a file listed in the backup software to the file in Windows Explorer. Right-click the name of any file in the Backup Sets, File System, or Restore tab of the Settings window and select Show in Windows Explorer.
  • More Convenient Access to Backed Up Files Online
  • MozyPro and MozyEnterprise users that have been given access by their administrators can access their files online through the Access files online link within the backup software. The link is at the bottom of the Welcome, Options, History and Restore tabs in the Settings window. Users can also right-click the Mozy icon Mozy Icon in the notification area, then select Access files online.
  • The Ability to Read Security Certificate Information from the Computer has been Added
  • The backup software can now read and use the list of security certificate providers from the computer settings, in addition to using the list included with the backup software. This allows an IT administrator to protect their c-key share with a valid certificate.
  • Backup Progress Indicator on the Backup Software Icon in Windows 7
  • The Windows 7 application tray icon now includes a bar graph that indicates the progress of the current backup.
  • Open the Local Backup Folder from the Settings Window
  • A link (View Version History) has been added to the Mozy 2xProtect tab of the Settings window Options tab that opens the local backup folder location in Windows Explorer. This makes it more convenient to get to your local backup folder.

  • An issue where users with the automatic upgrade feature enabled were not automatically upgraded has been fixed. Users of version 2.16 should manually upgrade to the latest version.
  • An issue where pausing or stopping the creation of the Data Shuttle disk at the start of the process prevents the encryption key from being sent to Mozy has been fixed.
  • An issue where Pro or Enterprise users cannot back up files or access the backup software after their password is changed by the administrator has been fixed.
  • The local backup feature can now work with NAS devices running Samba 3.0 or earlier.
  • The proxy server for Pro or Enterprise accounts can now be set up from the command line when using VMware Horizon for authentication.
  • An issue where Pro or Enterprise accounts authenticating using VMware Horizon left an authentication progress window open has been fixed.
  • New and Changed Features
  • This section describes features that are new or changed in this release.
  • Improved External Drive File Retention and Management
  • Files backed up from an external drive now remain in the data centre until that drive is deselected from backing up, regardless of whether that external drive is connected during backups.
  • Formerly, files backed up from external drives were marked for deletion from the data centre when a backup occurred while the external drive was not connected. To prevent those files from being deleted, an external drive had to be connected at least once every 30 days.
  • It is still important to connect external drives as often as possible for backups. This ensures the most current versions of your files are backed up.
  • External drive management has been improved. You can now change the drive letter of a backed up drive without needing to reselect the files you want backed up. If you have an external drive that you previously backed up and no longer want to back up, you can deselect the drive in the File System tab without needing to connect the drive to your computer. Backed up files will be deleted from the data centre after 30 days.
  • If a previously backed up external drive and a currently connected external drive have the same drive letter, and you want to stop backing up the previous drive and start backing up the current drive, you can deselect the previous drive and select the current drive in the File System tab.
  • Retention of Permissions and Attributes for Files in Local Backup
  • When backing up files to or restoring files from an NTFS formatted drive, Mozy will now retain the permissions settings and other attributes for those files. Also, to save space, Mozy compresses all the files you back up to a local drive and all the files in your version history.
  • Version History for Local Backups
  • When new versions of files are backed up with Mozy 2xProtect, older versions of those files are now retained in a separate version history folder on the drive you selected for local backup. Files you either delete from your computer or deselect from backing up are also retained in that same version of the history folder. You can use Windows Explorer to retrieve files from the Mozy 2xProtect version history folder on your local backup drive. The History tab on the Settings window has been updated to show files that are moved into the version history folder.
  • Command line switches have been added to let you enable and disable Mozy 2xProtect, and also to let Mozy 2xProtect connect to network shares. Only server licences for MozyPro or MozyEnterprise can use Mozy 2xProtect with network shares.
  • Issues Fixed
  • An issue with improperly set permissions stopping local backups from occurring has been fixed.
  • Some issues causing local backup to falsely report a successful backup when it actually encountered errors have been fixed.
  • An issue causing the Mozy backup progress percentage to display numbers greater than 100% when running two back-to-back backups of different files has been fixed.
  • A crash that occurred under specific, rare circumstances for MozyPro or MozyEnterprise users where initial setup after auto-activation is partially completed has been fixed.
  • Some unnecessary notifications about backups not occurring have been removed.
  • The URL for updating credit card information for MozyHome accounts now links to the correct page.
  • The throttling rate calculation shown in the backup software for MozyPro or MozyEnterprise users now matches the same calculation reported in the Admin Console.
  • Some causes of Windows Explorer crashing have been fixed.
  • An issue causing changes to the custom logging settings to not be saved has been fixed.
  • Mozy log files for sending to Support can now be created with the user access control feature enabled on a computer.
  • An issue that caused a crash and an incorrect error message about expired credentials if an incorrect password is supplied when changing program settings has been fixed.

New in MozyHome 2.16 (Jul 15, 2014)

  • New and Changed Features
  • The following are the new or changed features for this release:
  • Added Support for Alternate Account Activation and Authentication Using Methods in Addition to VMware Horizon
  • Support was added for alternate account activation and authentication methods in addition to VMware Horizon for MozyEnterprise users in the United States. This feature allows enterprise administrators to integrate the activation and authentication of MozyEnterprise within their existing Microsoft Active Directory based infrastructure. If your organisation has chosen to use one of these methods, users will either not need to do anything because activation will be automatic, or each user will enter a special activation subdomain name to activate an account. For information about implementing alternate account activation and authentication methods, see the MozyEnterprise Administrator Guide.
  • Issues Fixed
  • While files are being backed up, the selected items in the View backed-up files dialogue box do not stay selected.
  • "User Not Found" error for some users

New in MozyHome 2.14 (Jul 15, 2014)

  • New or Changed Features
  • Improved Representation of Backup Space Used
  • It's now easier to see how much of your space in the data centre is being used. The "Quota bar" at the bottom of the Backup Sets tab and the File System tab on the Settings window has been improved to show more detail more clearly. To open the Settings window, right-click on the Mozy icon in the system tray and then click on Settings.
  • Status Window Can Appear After Every Completed Backup
  • You can choose to see the Status window after every completed backup regardless of whether it succeeded. Seeing the Status window after every attempt means it is easier to detect problems backing up. Formerly, the Status window could appear only after successful backups.
  • To see the Status window after every completed backup, right-click on the Mozy icon in the system tray and then click on Settings > More Settings . On the Settings window, click Options, click Advanced, then select Show status when a backup completes.
  • Number of Files Backed Up Can Appear in Status Window
  • If the option to see additional progress information about backups is enabled for the Status window, the number of files will now appear in addition to the percentage complete. This is useful to customers who have a very large number of files to back up.
  • To enable additional progress information to appear on the Status window, right-click on the Mozy icon in the system tray and then click on Settings > Enable Advanced View.
  • Issues Fixed
  • Some issues with third-party software and OpenSSL have been resolved.
  • Resolved a cause of occasional excessive CPU consumption and crashes when shell.dll runs for extended periods without the service running.
  • Some issues with backup sets, including how exclude rules and blank rules are handled, have been resolved.
  • An issue causing the display of the time set for bandwidth throttling to appear incorrectly under some conditions has been resolved, although throttling is in effect as intended.
  • Resolved an issue with a database file which could cause the Settings window to close unexpectedly.
  • Resolved an issue which as of version 2.12 occasionally prevented the Quota bar from showing on the File System tab of the Settings window.
  • Resolved an issue occasionally causing folders on the File System tab of the Settings window to incorrectly show as having no content selected when only some subordinate folders or files were selected.
  • Resolved an issue preventing Firefox bookmarks from being backed up although the correct backup sets were selected.
  • Resolved issues as of version 2.12 with VSS, network shares and Mozy 2xProtect which sometimes caused Mozy 2xProtect to incorrectly report success when some files were not backed up.
  • Resolved an issue which prevented an error message from appearing when attempting to back up VSS sets when the option to Enable support for backing up open files is deselected.

New in MozyHome 2.12 (Jul 15, 2014)

  • New or Changed Features
  • Choose Language
  • When Mozy is installed, it automatically sets its default language to match the language of the operating system. Now you can change the language for Mozy backup after installation. To do this, right-click the Mozy icon in your system tray and then click Settings > Settings. On the Settings Window, click Options, then the Advanced tab.
  • Status Window Shows Deleted Files
  • The Status window now indicates during a backup that deleted files or deselected files are being archived. For MozyHome accounts, this grace period is 30 days. For MozyPro accounts, the grace period is 60 days, and for MozyEnterprise it is 90 days. After that period, these files will be permanently deleted from the data centre. This confirms that those files are no longer being backed up, and are immediately no longer counted against your use of storage space.
  • This also alerts you when files you want to back up are not being backed up in situations like these:
  • A drive on your computer is malfunctioning, causing some or all files to appear to be missing and therefore deleted. On the expiry of your grace period, those files will be permanently deleted from the data centre. In that time you can resolve the issue with the drive, possibly by restoring your files to a replacement drive.
  • Files on your computer may have been unintentionally deleted or deselected from backing up.
  • A drive on your computer is not connected while Mozy is backing up, so its files will be considered deleted. If you reconnect that drive for a subsequent backup during your grace period, all the files marked for deletion from the data centre will be un-marked and reassociated with their counterparts on your hard drive. If you wait to reconnect that drive until after those files are deleted from the data centre, you may need to re-select those files and back them up again from scratch.
  • If you review the Status window when backups complete, you can notice if there is a problem with your computer and be able to take action before you permanently lose files. To open the Status window, right-click on the Mozy icon in your system tray and then click on Status.
  • History Window Shows Deleted Files
  • Now, deleted files are listed on the History window. This provides more visibility of the files which are no longer being backed up, whether intentional or not. To open the History window, right-click on the Mozy icon in your system tray and then click on History.
  • Restore Tab Shows Deleted Files
  • The Restore tab on the Settings window now shows all the files that have been deleted or deselected from backing up within your grace period. For MozyHome accounts, this grace period is 30 days. For MozyPro accounts, the grace period is 60 days, and for MozyEnterprise it is 90 days.
  • This is helpful to customers whose first step in replacing a computer is to install Mozy on their new computer, telling it to replace their old computer and then completing the first backup. The effect of doing so is that all files not present on the new computer are considered deleted. Now it's easier to see and restore such files.
  • An alternate first step in replacing a computer is to get all your files onto the new computer before you install Mozy. If the replacement is planned, the fastest option is to manually move your files between computers. If the replacement is not planned and you don't have your old computer, you can log into your online account and use Web restore to get all your files onto the new computer.
  • To open the Restore tab, right-click on the Mozy icon in the notification area and then click on Restore Files.
  • Time Limit for Suspended Backups
  • When you suspend automatic or scheduled backups up with Mozy, you can now set a time limit for the suspension. This means you no longer need to remember to manually un-suspend to resume backing up, although you can manually un-suspend at any time. You may still manually back up if you wish. Backing up manually does not cancel the suspension of automatic or scheduled backups. While the suspension is in effect, the Mozy icon in the system tray will display a !.
  • You may specify the time limit in hours (1-23), days (1-6) and weeks (1-6). This means that the shortest time you can suspend is one hour, and the longest time you can suspend is six weeks. If you don't specify a time limit, the default is six hours.
  • To change or extend the time limit, you must unsuspend and then re-suspend backups to reset the time limit.
  • You can find this option on the Settings window, on the Scheduling tab under Options, or you can toggle it on and off from the notification area menu by clicking Settings > Suspend. If you control it from the notification area menu, the time limit will be either the default of six hours, or the duration you provided for the last suspension.
  • Depending on your version of Windows and on how your user profile is set up on your computer, the suspend option may be greyed out. If it is dimmed, you need to use MS Windows' UAC (User Account Control) before you can use this setting.
  • Easier Access to Your Files Online
  • If you use MozyHome, it is now easier to choose to access and restore your files through your Web browser, rather than through the Restore tab on the Settings window. While you can do many of the same things using either method, you may find it easier to use your online account with your Web browser. You will find a robust range of approaches, tools and help topics online. Moreover, you can only request your restored files on DVD online; you cannot do so through the Restore tab on the Mozy Settings window.
  • To quickly access your files online, you can now click Access files online on the:
  • Mozy notification area menu (near the clock on your computer), or
  • Restore tab on the Mozy Settings window, or
  • Backed up files window.
  • If Mozy is set to remember your user ID and password and log you in automatically, this is faster than opening a Web browser to manually log in to Mozy online.
  • Automatic Login to Mozy on the Web from the Backup Software
  • If you use MozyHome, the backup software is set by default to remember your user ID and password, to automatically log you in to the Settings and Status windows. This capability has been extended to automatically logging you into Mozy online from within Mozy.
  • You can turn this setting off if you wish, in the Mozy Settings window, on the Advanced tab under Options.
  • Doing so will require you to provide your user ID and password when you open the Mozy Settings window or click on the Access files online link. This may be desirable if you want better security, particularly on a computer you share.
  • When a Scheduled Backup Is Missed, Back Up Automatically
  • You can set Mozy to back up on a schedule instead of automatically.
  • Now, if a scheduled backup is missed (as when the Internet connection is lost or when the computer is not running), Mozy will automatically back up when computer usage thresholds permit, rather than waiting until the next scheduled backup.
  • This might be useful if, for instance, your normal routine changes so that your computer is turned off during your scheduled backup time, such as when you're travelling.
  • You can turn this setting off if you wish, on the Scheduling tab under Options in the Mozy Settings window.
  • Log Level Settings for Troubleshooting
  • There are now log level settings in Mozy to assist in troubleshooting when in contact with Customer Support. These options are on the Settings window, on the General tab under Options.
  • DFS Replication for SYSVOL Supported for Active Directory Restores
  • The SYSVOL writer used by Mozy now supports DFS-based replication as well as FRS-based replication. This supports customers operating MS Windows Server 2008 at the domain level, which uses DFS replication by default.
  • Mozy Sync Folder Excluded from Backups
  • The Mozy Sync folder will be automatically excluded from your backups. Mozy Sync uses the Mozy Sync folder in your profile to provide synchronisation services from one device to another. These files are stored in your online Mozy Sync and are already protected by Mozy so do not need to be included with your backed up files. For more information about Mozy Sync and joining the Mozy Sync Beta program, visit the Mozy Sync Beta Forum.

New in MozyHome 2.8.2 (Jul 15, 2014)

  • New or Changed Features
  • Prevent Backups from Using Certain Networks
  • You can now prevent backups from happening when your computer is connected to certain networks. You might want to do this for mobile or metered networks, or for a network that is slow or has limited bandwidth. If you use MozyEnterprise, this can be pre-set and locked by Mozy administrators.
  • Scheduled Backups Start within a Timeframe
  • Scheduled backups no longer start at exactly at the time you specify. Instead, scheduled backups now start within a 30-minute window, from 15 minutes before to 15 minutes after the time you specify. Instead, scheduled backups now start within a window specified by your Mozy administrator, for example from 15 minutes before to 15 minutes after the time you specify. This does not affect automatic backups.
  • This was done because people tend to schedule backups at the same time, most often at the top of the hour. This causes a large volume of backups to try to reach the Mozy servers all at the same time, which sometimes resulted in backups failing.
  • Access to Set Up Proxy Servers
  • This feature is now located on the Network tab, instead of on the Advanced tab.
  • Help is Online Only
  • All links to help topics within Mozy backup now go to topics located at the online doc site, http://support.mozy.co.ie/documentation, instead of to the offline help installed with Mozy.
