  • Using PortableApps.com Platform is recommended.
  • Supports PHP development only for now.

  • NetBeans/PHP Portable requires jPortable (http://portableapps.com/apps/utilities/java_portable).

New in NetBeans Portable 7.1.1 (Mar 21, 2012)

  • Makes NetBeans IDE 7.1.1 (http://netbeans.org) portable.
  • Using PortableApps.com Platform is recommended.
  • Supports Java SE development only for now.
  • Java SE deleopment requires JDK. Please install a JDK locally on each machine or provide a JDK in the folder PortableApps/NetBeansPortable/App/jdk. For example you will find the JDK 1.7 Upd. 3 under C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0_03. Copy this folder completely to PortableApps/NetBeansPortable/App/jdk.
  • JavaFX development requires JDK, JavaFX SDK and Runtime. Please install JavaFX locally on each machine. Providing JavaFX SDK/Runtime in a folder located on your USB device will not work for now.
