- Added passcode feature which now make this encryption usefull as not every one can read it if they have Text Locker, now they will need the passcode used to encrypt it.
- New installer version which checks to see if .Net 2.0 is installed instead of just leaving it up to the user to know if they have it.

- Version numbering scheme changed. ex.(x.yy). Where "x" represents the year of release and "yy" represents the month always listed as two digits.
