Aplus Video Joiner

Aplus Video Joiner is an application developed to help you merge video clips of various formats, such as AVI, MOV, RM, MPG, WMV, and MPEG. It can be easily used by individuals of any experience level.

The interface of the program is plain and simple to navigate through. Media files can be imported into the list by using the file browser only because the "drag and drop" method is not supported. Batch processing is supported but you can add only one file at a time.

In the queue, you can check out the source path, start and end time, duration along with information of each media file. All you have to do is establish the output directory, filename, and format (AVI, MPEG, WMV, MOV or RM), in order to initiate the conversion.

On top of that, you can change audio and video settings when it comes to the frame rate, bit rate, sample frequency rate, size, codec and others.

But you can also preview clips in a small, built-in media player and cut them by marking the start and end position, remove an item from the list or clear the entire thing, arrange files up and down in the queue, as well as enable Aplus Video Joiner to automatically turn off the computer after the process is completed.

The video-merging software quickly finishes a task while using a moderate-to-high amount of system resources. It has a good response time and didn't freeze, crash or pop up errors during our tests. On the other hand, the help file is not available and Aplus Video Joiner didn't manage to convert the video stream in one case during our testing (ASF, AVI, MOV, and MPEG to AVI). Plus, the image and sound quality is generally poor. We suggest you look for more advanced similar software.
